So who's behind all of this?

What defined you as a child that shaped into the platform we see today?

I’ve always been curious about the world around me, and share what I discovered. So I was starting countless clubs or giving presentations to my friends, I loved diving into new topics and taking my imagination on wild adventures. Wellness Era is one of these clubs that I hope to bring to bring to a whole lot of friends!

When did you became interested in health and wellness?

It wasn’t until my twenties that I truly began to explore health and wellness. My first significant experience was struggling with acne. I remember feeling shy and self-conscious about my skin, trying to cover it with semi-natural products like BB cream. But the real solution came when I discovered my food intolerances. Changing my diet and incorporating natural remedies like algae transformed my skin—and with it, my understanding of how our bodies truly work—and how we can heal them with simple, natural solutions. What amazed me about it, was how small tweaks can have such a big impact on our well-being. That’s what excites me about natural wellness—there’s always something new to learn, try-out and share, and I’m passionate about discovering everything I can.

Why are you passionate about sharing knowledge?

I believe education is the most powerful tool we have, especially when it comes to health and wellness. Too many secrets surround how we take care of our bodies, and I’m here to break them down. My mission is to find out the truth and share the knowledge I’ve gained—freely and openly. Hopefully, together we can make informed choices that truly benefit our health and well-being.


And.. My background in University is Science(Architecture to be exact - and a little bit of Biology), and it has taught me that there’s a research-backed answer to almost everything. That’s why I’m dedicated to sharing information that’s reliable, well-sourced, and rooted in science. You’ll always find the appropriate resources and references here so you can feel confident in the content you’re reading.

What drives you, what are your core beliefs?

At the heart of everything I do, you’ll find values that shape my life and this blog: authenticity, honesty, empowerment, simplicity, and sustainability. These are the pillars that support every piece of content I create. When I share a wellness tip or personal story, you can trust that it’s rooted in these core beliefs.

What to do you dream about?

I’m not just writing for readers—I’m creating a space where like-minded women can come together, share experiences, and support each other. Think of this blog as a gathering place for wellness seekers, where we exchange rituals, habits, and tips, like we’re sitting down with our closest friends. I hope we can build a community where we feel connected and inspired by one another.

What is so different about what you are doing with Wellness Era?

If you’ve ever scrolled endlessly on social media, finding one wellness or health statement after another, you know how exhausting it can be. It can feel overwhelming - and unreliable when you find out they're trying to sell you something - That’s why I’m creating a one-stop hub for all things natural wellness. Whether it’s skincare, fitness, nutrition, or mindfulness—you’ll find everything you need. And if you don’t, reach out! I can create something, or someone in our community can help out.

Fun Fact About Me

I’ve designed a thousand different "perfect" morning routines - especially since I lived as a Digital Nomad and traveled for +4 years and let me tell you: "Life is always changing". What works today might not work tomorrow—and that’s okay! Wellness is about listening to your body, experimenting, and finding what works for you in each phase of life. The best habit of all? Tuning into what your heart, gut, and mind are telling you. Natural wellness is a journey, not a destination—and I’m excited to be on this journey with you.
